Somerset Burswood Point’s
construction update
At the close of 2025, we are pleased to report that the piling is now 100% complete and that the piling contractor has now demobilised from site. This is a major milestone for the project as Golden Sedayu moves forward with progress on the individual towers.
As we move towards crane mobilisation in November, over 85% of the 177 foundation piles have now been tested with 100% pass rate to confirm the strength and integrity of Somerset’s foundations.
Construction at Burswood Point and Somerset is progressing on multiple fronts, with foundation piling underway, foreshore earthworks and drainage complete, and the boulevard road taking shape — setting the stage for the next phase of development.
