We’re excited to share that works on site are progressing smoothly and everything is on track for completion in Q4 2027.
As we move towards crane mobilisation in November, over 85% of the 177 foundation piles have now been tested with 100% pass rate to confirm the strength and integrity of Somerset’s foundations.
At the same time, you’ll notice great progress around the foreshore, which is being prepared for the landscaping contractor, and fresh asphalt being poured in front of Somerset. This will make vehicle access easier and help keep the project moving at pace.
