Golden Sedayu is pleased to announce the lodgement of the Local Development Plan for Precinct B – a major milestone for our $4B Burswood Point masterplan.
Designed by global architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the team behind the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and One World Trade Center in New York, the precinct will deliver a world-class mix of residential, commercial and retail, including a shopping centre of similar scale to Claremont Quarter, an internationally acclaimed five-star hotel and a high-end pedestrian-friendly retail boulevard.
We are equally proud to partner with Grant Associates, globally renowned landscape architects responsible for Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay and Sydney’s Barangaroo South, who will shape the precinct’s plazas, promenades and generous green spaces along the Swan River.
Managing Director Andrew Sugiaputra said Golden Sedayu continues to work closely with the Town of Victoria Park to ensure the precinct enhances the natural beauty and character of the riverfront.
This milestone builds on strong project momentum, with Somerset Residences and the riverfront homes collection now under construction and selling strongly.
